- Full payment is required at the time of ordering (via credit card or direct bank transfer).

- Custom and bulk orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

4. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery is available within Upper Marlboro and surrounding Maryland areas.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
- Pickup is available at our kitchen location in Upper Marlboro, MD 20774.

- All food is prepared fresh daily in a home kitchen.
- We are not a nut-free or allergen-free facility. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.
- Heavenly Bites is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by consumption of our products.
