At Heavenly Bites, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our homemade small chops and catering trays. Because our products are freshly prepared per order, we have a strict refund policy.
Refund Policy
No Refunds After Preparation Due to the perishable nature of our food, all sales are final once an order has been prepared or delivered.
Cancellation Policy

Custom orders (special recipes, large bulk orders, or personalized items) are non-refundable once preparation has begun.
Returns
- We do not accept returns of food products for hygiene and safety reasons.
- If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery/pickup with photos via WhatsApp (+1 240-375-4412).
Exceptions
We may offer a partial refund or replacement at our discretion in cases of:
- Significant quality issues
- Delivery errors caused by our team
Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
Any chargeback or dispute filed without contacting us first will result in your account being blacklisted for future orders.
